Quotes and pricing
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Garment and freight pricing is subject to mill availability; if a substitution is required we will notify you in writing before production begins.
Deposits and payment
First-time orders require a 50% deposit before production. Established clients on net-30 terms are invoiced upon shipment. Past-due balances over 30 days accrue 1.5% monthly interest. We accept ACH, business check, and major credit cards (a 3% surcharge applies to card payments over $2,500).
Artwork and approvals
You represent that you own or have the right to use any artwork, logos, or trademarks you provide. We will not knowingly produce protected marks without authorization. Production proceeds only after written proof approval; changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
Production and delivery
Standard lead time is 10–14 business days after proof approval. Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns on custom goods
Decorated goods cannot be returned for size or change of mind. Defects in workmanship are corrected or replaced free of charge if reported within 14 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Greene County, Missouri.
