Four steps. No surprises.
The process below is the same for a six-person sizing run and a 1,200-person facility rollout. The difference is scale — not how we handle you.
- 01
Discovery
A 20-minute call about your crew, your timing, and what's worked before. We'll send you a one-page summary of what you'll get and when.
- 02
Design & proof
We digitize your mark, run it on a sample garment, photograph it, and email it for your approval. Nothing moves to production without that approval.
- 03
Production
Production runs in our Springfield workshop. We track every step in our system; you'll get a check-in halfway through and a ship notification when it's out the door.
- 04
Fulfillment
Bulk crate to your facility, or individually packed direct-to-recipient shipping for gifts. Net-30 invoicing available after the first order.
Make your garments last twice as long.
Wash cool
Cold or warm water. Hot water cooks color out of dye-on-dye embroidery.
Inside-out
Always tumble embroidered garments inside-out to protect the stitch.
No bleach
Bleach destroys polyester stitch. If you must whiten, use a color-safe brightener.
Tumble low
Low heat. High heat shrinks cotton and warps polyester.
